Cancellation Policy

House of Paws Home Dog Boarding and Day Care Terms and Conditions 1. General Information Welcome to House of Paws Home Dog Boarding and Day Care! We strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for your furry friend. Please read and sign these terms and conditions to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. 2. Services Provided • Home Dog Boarding: Overnight stays for your dog in a home setting. • Home Dog Day Care: Daytime care for your dog in a home setting. • Dog Equipment: We are happy for you to bring your own dogs bed/toys. We will not be held responsible for other dogs chewing or sleeping in the bed and playing with toys. 3. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times • Drop-Off: Between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM - For the security of the dogs, failure to pick up outside these times will result in a further charge. • Pick-Up: Between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM – For the security of the dogs, failure to pick up before 6.30pm will result in an overnight stay with the corresponding charge. The dog will then need to be collected the following morning between 7.30am and 9am. • For Dog Boarding: We suggest the dog to be dropped off in the morning to allow time for settling in. 4. Deposits and Payments • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the drop-off time. • Dog Boarding prices start from the am of check in day. You will be charged if your dog is dropped off in the evening. • Payments can be made by bank transfer to Mrs A. Smithson. 5. Cancellation and Refunds • Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit as it is non-refundable. 6. Veterinary Care • In case of a medical emergency, we will take your dog to the veterinary clinic of our choice, Zetland Road Vets. • Owners will be responsible for all veterinary expenses, including an extra charge for transportation and time spent by the caregiver. 7. Owner Responsibilities • Owners must provide all necessary supplies for their dog, including food, medications, and any special items. • Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health. To include Parvovirus, hepatitis, leptospirosis, distemper and kennel cough. Vaccinations must be U.K based and completed at least two weeks before boarding. • Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural issues. • We do not accept dogs if they are in season or if they are due to come into season. • We will not accept any
